Terms and Conditions

  • 1. All documents and webpage content to be supplied on the commencement of the project.
  • 2. The Client acknowledges and accepts that it bears sole responsibility, legal and otherwise for the content of all material appearing on the Clients website.
  • 3. A deposit of 1/3 of the expected total cost is to be received before the commencement of the project.
  • 4. Copyright of all designs are sole property of Bloomindesign until receipt of final payment.
  • 5. Payment strictly due within 14 days of completion of work.
  • 6. Each quotation is applicable only to contract stated and its value is confidential.
  • 7. Bloomindesign accepts no responsibility for late delivery, but will endeavour always to meet deadlines.
  • 8. Further cost may be incurred due to developing ideas between Bloomindesign and the Client. Additional fees will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
  • 9. Photography and Image Bank costs will be met by the client and are not the responsibility of Bloomindesign.
